Upon delivery: Inspect your order immediately. If you find a defect, damage, or wrong item, return it to the delivery representative on the spot — no extra shipping fees.

Change of mind? You may return the item to the delivery representative upon arrival, but shipping fees will apply.

Damaged/defective items? Take a clear photo and contact us via Instagram. Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.
